EDI Transaction Sets
Each EDI transaction set comes with a unique code that identifies it as a specific type of EDI message. This allows different systems to understand and process the information seamlessly, regardless of industry or geographic location.
ArcBest supports these common EDI transaction sets using ANSI X12 in any version.

Trading Partner Form
ArcBest Technologies requires a Trading Partner Form (TPF) to start the integration process or update your existing integration. The TPF provides our EDI Support Specialist with information vital to the project and contact information from your company’s project partner. After you complete and submit the TPF, we will assign an EDI Support Specialist to work with you to meet your EDI needs.
We also offer API integrations or we can accept XML or JSON per EDI connections.
